Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To start a return, email studiocorkteam@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked and insured service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.
For international returns, please mark “No commercial value” on all customs paperwork. Any customs charges caused by not doing so will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Returns are inspected within 5–10 working days of arrival, and we will email you to confirm whether your return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the price paid for the items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges: please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Cancellations
Customers in the European Union: you may cancel your order before it is shipped. After delivery, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt by returning the items as described above.
Customers outside the European Union (including the United States): orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Refused or unclaimed parcels (outside the EU)
Because international return shipping and customs costs are very high, parcels that are refused or not collected at the destination are not sent back to us. They are destroyed at the destination and no refund is issued. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
