RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Please note that returning your order is at your own cost.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend you retain proof of sending.


For international returns please mark clearly "No commercial value" as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. If this indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may apply and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please allow 5-10 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment.

We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back and our shop can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the goods are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Once you are approved, you have the following options:

  1. Issue a coupon code for purchasing amount to redeem in our online store.
  2. Refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.
  3. Send you a new item for the same amount 

Bear in mind that for any of the above options the original shipping charges are excluded.
